Delivery Options

Fastway Couriers
This method is used for deliveries to a business
or residential address where someone is
available to sign for receipt of the goods.
Delivery via Fastway Couriers incurs a flat rate delivery fee of $7.00 irrespective of the number or weight of the goods purchased. Delivery via Fastway Couriers is generally faster than Australia Post, however if no one is home when Fastway attempt to deliver your package, a Calling Card is left with the phone number of your local driver. You will then need to contact your local driver to arrange another suitable delivery time.

Australia Post
Delivery via Registered Australia Post is suited to customers who may not be at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted or for PO Box addresses. Delivery via Registered Australia Post incurs a flat rate fee of $10.00 irrespective of the number or weight of the goods purchased. If no one is available to sign when delivery is attempted, a Calling Card is left and your package will be available to be collected from your local Post Office.

Authority to Leave
If you are not available to sign for receipt of the goods on the day of delivery you may choose to have the goods redelivered under an 'authority to leave' the goods at a designated address without a signature for receipt of these goods. Should you wish to choose this option, unfortunately we will not be unable to process any claims for a lost package once the package has been left.

Gift Certificates
For gift certificates shipping is FREE. We use Registered Australia Post and a signature will be required on delivery of your gift certificate so please ensure you will be available at the shipping address for collection of those goods. If no one is present at the shipping address on the day of delivery a 'missed delivery card' will be left and certificates will be dropped off at your local Australia Post collection center.
